To commemorate 80 years since the start of the Kindertransport, Rafi Cooper, Director of Communications at World Jewish Relief, will talk about the archives dealing with most of the 10,000 children who came to the UK on the scheme. Rafi will also be speaking about the 732 child survivors whose story is traced in Sir Martin’s book The Boys: Triumph Over Adversity. Survivors and others will read from selected archival documents.
